Call for Photo-based Art and Drawings

Rose Bramble Books is happy to announce the launch of Dollars and Sense, a zine series about capitalism that seeks to create a visual representation of our collective experience. We invite submissions of photo-based work (including collage) and drawings for our next edition that will explore themes of social justice, the environment, economic inequities, globalization, and consumerism. The selected images will be published in our next issue, showcased in an online exhibition and possibly curated into a gallery exhibition.

DEADLINE: April 3, 2022

Submissions Form

Please submit up to 10 image files and an artist statement following the guidelines below.

1.   Image specifications: 2500 pixels minimum on the longest side @ 300 dpi, sRGB

2.   Name your image files as follows: FirstName_LastName_Number

3.   If you have difficulty with the online form, you can send your submission to rosebramblebooks@gmail.com with 1-10 image files as jpg attachments and text including the following info:

• Name

• Location

• Artist Statement (optional)

• Titles for your images in a numbered list.

• Instagram handle and/or URL for your portfolio website if you have one.
